When you first open Windows Business Cards Printing Tool, you will notice a default layout. However, you can change this to your preference by tweaking a few options. For example, you can narrow the margins a bit and make the page narrower to fit your business card. Click the Insert tab and select the table option. A grid will appear beneath the button. To insert a two-by-five table, click the Table selection crosshair. Hover your mouse over the crosshair to open the Table Properties window.
The next step in creating a quality business card is to choose the right template. In most cases, the default one is not very good, so you'll need to make adjustments manually. But with the right software, you can create your own custom business card in no time. With the free version of this program, you'll find plenty of customizable templates and options. You can also select the size, shape, and color you want. Then, you can save the design to a variety of file formats, and you can send the finished product to your customers in just a few clicks.
There are also specialized business card software applications. These programs are designed to help you create and print business cards. Many allow you to design your cards from scratch, choose from templates, or even print them from your desktop. Most of these programs allow you to import your own graphics, or choose a generic, premade template. In some cases, you can even create your own custom templates to use in your business card printing. The only downside is that the maker has discontinued this program, making it difficult to find an unused copy of the program.
